On Wednesday 7 April Quantum London is delighted to be joined by three incredibly knowledgeable speakers.
Through our partnership with Sia, we have two events in April on the same theme but with different viewpoints.
At this first one we’ll be joined by Martin Hofmann, Markus Pflitsch and Karan Pinto
Martin Hofman
Martin is the ex Group CIO of Volkswagen where he was the Quantum Program Lead. He now works with strategic customers at Salesforce.
Martin brings experience of investing in Quantum from a corporate perspective and the opportunity for automotive and beyond.

Markus Pflitsch
It is rare to meet someone whose expertise spans both the scientific and financial sectors, but Markus Pflitsch, co-founder and Chairman of Terra Quantum AG, is an experienced CERN Quantum Physicist, senior financial executive and deep tech entrepreneur.
As a graduate physicist he began his professional career at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Europe and North America, and went on to hold several top management positions (CEO, CFO, COO) in international financial corporations (Deutsche Bank, UniCredit), as well as owner-managed digital and high-tech companies.
Markus is the co-owner of a large German multi-family office and senior advisor to private equity funds. He is also a member of the “Baden-Badener Unternehmergespräche” (BBUG), a German institution which helps cultivate the next generation of executive leaders by bringing together decision makers from business, politics and society.

Karan Pinto
Karan is a Senior Venture Builder focused on Quantum Technologies. In February Karan compiled an unparalleled list of people engaged in the quantum ecosystem.
At Sia, Karen, and Vishal Shete who will speak at the 21 April event, are inventing the future with the power of quantum computing. Their quantum lab providers strategic & technology advisory services and support in building application-specific products with their partners which include Terra Quantum (TQ)
Anahita Zardoshti and Paolo Cuomo, Quantum London
The events will be facilitated by two of the Quantum London team.
Anahita works at Lloyd’s of London and is author of the recent Impacts of Quantum Computing on Insurance report.
Paolo works at Brit Insurance and co-founded Quantum London in 2019.
