Welcome to the 61th QuarkChain Monthly Report (January, 2021). We will post monthly reports including development progress, monthly news, and events at the end of each month. In the future, QuarkChain strives to do better. Let’s review what happened in the past month!

2) Recent news

2.1 Hardware Wallet CoolWallet S Officially Supports QuarkChain Mainnet Token

With the development of QuarkChain’s token swap, ERC20 QKC will be gradually deprecated from circulation. For users who need to manage large amounts of QKC, they will need more secure wallets except for the mobile wallet and plug-in wallet. The hardware cold wallet is the best choice. In order to allow users to better manage their assets, we have reached a cooperation with CoolBitX, the well-known hardware wallet manufacturer. With the launch of QuarkChain’s mainnet 2.0 Bigbang, CoolBitX’s CoolWallet S will be able to support the storage and transfer of the mainnet QKC token.

2.2 QuarkChain Won The “PARTY AWARD 2020” Most Technologically Innovative Public Chain Award

PANews, one of the most influential Chinese crypto media, together with famous data agencies and industry media, held the first PARTY (PANews’ Retrospect of The Year) election. This selection has 7 categories and 19 prizes. After more than one month of review and vote, 120 projects/enterprises and 46 individuals finally won various awards of “PARTY AWARD 2020”. QuarkChain was selected for its flexible multi-chain heterogeneous function and multi-native token function, and was awarded the annual most technologically innovative public chain award.

2.3 QuarkChain Published 2020 Annual Review Video

Despite being a tough year, QuarkChain is coming out of 2020 step by step. We put our main events and activities of last year together, and made the annual video, reviewing QuarkChain’s highlight moments for last year.

3.1 QuarkChain Successfully Hosted New Year Short Video Contest

QuarkChain New Year Short Video Contest has been successfully held. Nearly 100 community members from all over the world have shared their stories with QuarkChain. We hereby thank all of the participants and supporters of QuarkChain, and with you keep safe and enjoy a fruitful year of 2021.

3.2 Hummingbot Launched QuarkChain Liquidity Mining Campaign

Hummingbot, the open source crypto trading bot, announced 2021’s first new liquidity mining campaign: a 3-month campaign for QuarkChain with a total reward pool of USDT 9,000. The campaign started on January 12, 2021, 12:00 am UTC.

4) Upcoming Event

4.1 QuarkChain x ChainLink Korean Community AMA

On February 10th at 7 pm (KST), QuarkChain Korea team is holding an AMA with ChainLink at ChainLink’s Korean telegram channel.

It will be a good opportunity to introduce the technology and application of QuarkChain to ChainLink community group of about 1,300 active participants. ChainLink is our oracle service partner.
