I’m the Head of front-end development at INTI, which is an IT company based in São Paulo/SP (Brazil). Some of the products in our portfolio are:

  • Ticketing Sales (Online / Offline)
  • Event Entrance Control
  • Cultural Subscriptions
  • Season Pass
  • CRM
INTI (Online Ticketing Sales Platform)

These products are all white-label and multi-tenant. So when the time came to update our front-end and make new products, we needed to find a solution that would help to simplify the process. After a lot of research and study, we had some options on our hands. Vuetify, Quasar, iView and starting completely from scratch.

In the end, we decided to go with Quasar. It was at version 0.10 and we knew that we had a lot of work for the future. But the possibility to craft one code-base that would let us build artefacts for web, mobile and desktop was the tipping point for us.

INTI-CLI

After 8 months of development, we now have our own custom CI. This tool wraps the Quasar-CLI and helps bootstrap the development of apps. These optimisations enabled us to painlessly publish our products to the Stores and deploy them to Amazon.

The framework’s approach to colours and dynamic CSS classes also really assisted the development process and tailoring the white-labelled products to our customers needs. We were able to make dynamic settings so that our clients can even configure the appearance of their website themselves.

Our next challenge is to develop a Point of Sale Kiosk for selling tickets on-site for our clients.

Some of our existing clients that use our Quasar-based solutions are:

After 8 months working daily with Quasar, I can say this:

“If weren’t for Quasar I wouldn’t have finished 70% of what’s developed by now.”
