Have you ever had Fish Tikka?

Fish tikka is a popular Indian dish that features marinated and grilled or roasted pieces of fish. It’s flavorful and delicious, making it a great choice for seafood lovers. Here’s a simple fish tikka recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of boneless fish fillets (such as tilapia, cod, or any firm white fish)
  • 1 cup thick yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Skewers (wooden skewers soaked in water for 30 minutes or metal skewers)

For garnish:

  • Lemon wedges
  • Fresh coriander leaves
