Eternal Present
We need time illusion to live on this planet

Past happens in our present,
In nuggets or unresolved loops,
Honey of our experiences
whose taste reaches our soul.
Time is what our left brain unfolds
broken down into comprehensive sequences
While our right brain gets big downloads
Of knowledge as dreams or illumination.
Our future is something that manifests
in the Now, getting more precise as it unfolds;
Like dead leaves, we accommodate our eyes
As they fall erratically to the ground.
Present is impossible to grasp by reason,
As it constantly flees our understanding.
Under psychedelics or meditation
Denser time deceives our cortex.
Emotional healing runs as a wave
Backward and forward in time
Reaching ancestors and descendants.
