I Have Faith In You
A Poem & Story About Twin Flames & Soulmates
Tell me, Dear Fire-Twin — where have you been?
I feel you under my skin, but your face —
There hasn’t been a trace.
Have you sufficiently aged yet — has enough time passed?
From Child to Wise One, how far have you traveled?
Are you ready to surrender, to your destination?
Remember, back then when when we were keeping count?
Measuring the years against the energy, our Souls and where we thought we should be?
You-too young.
I-too old.
I-too young.
You-too old.
Which one was it, again?
Between the supposed nobility and the fact that we are both infinite — it’s hard to remember the details.
But, does it matter what we name this trap?
Stupid conclusions are dressed up illusions against The Truth no one wants to see, let alone mention.
Defining Soul and Time and Love — the energy between us all — was that just a distraction from the our Soul’s reaction?
Creation is a flower, and yet — we attempted to contain that power.
