As Erika Burkhalter writes, even a glacier is “eternally in motion.”

Mountains rise and crumble. Sea and landmass dance as Gaia’s surface world shifts and changes. And, of course, there are the examples of sand castles on the beach, sand paintings meticulously created with reverence, and our lives, in which we are taught to build and acquire and improve, as though any of it might stay the same.

Each of our three trillion cells shifts with proteins produced by the hypothalamus that target its receptors. And, that’s only one observable physical aspect of life’s flow. Remember the particle and the wave? When observed, a particle presents itself, when unobserved, there is always the wave.

What particles are we observing, making real, holding onto, and what can dissolve within the waves? Becoming Oneness is becoming the wave of Source that permeates all things. Whether we choose a particular flavor Divinity, zero point energy, the Force {Jedi terminology}, the Mystery, or any other framing of our observations, we are all loosely configured collaborations of All That Is.

Presence is the only permanence. Everything else comes and goes, ebbs and flows.
