This Spiritual Journey Isn’t Easy
Since my spiritual awakening, I have experienced the highest of highs like when you discover a soul family member or your twin flame. The energy bolts and waves of happiness can’t easily be described. The intense connection feels like a ribbon of light between you with energy prickling all over, particularly the head and the hands. It feels amazing.
The lows though….the lows have been excruciating.
I have been on this journey for over thirty years and I am learning new things every day. What I thought was true last month, last year or yesterday I discover has further depths or a different way of looking at things.
I am reminded of the story of the blind men and the elephant in regards to my spiritual journey and other peoples. Depending on where each blind man touched the elephant, they thought it was something entirely different from a snake to a magic carpet!
For a long time I was seeing things with a very narrow view. Gradually that broadened until I am seeing more of the “elephant”.
Other people on their journey will experience similar to me but will interpret it in an entirely different way. They are seeing a different part of the “elephant.”
