Silence
Is a somatic warning sign telling you to stop
Listening to the deafening quivers and the
Emotional symphonies, to instead focus on calming the
Noise of your heart palpitating against your ribs
Calling you to yearn for a breath, you deserve to finally
Envelope yourself into the tranquil absence of speech
Stop a minute, right where you are. Tell that imperious voice in your head to be still.
