What we end up with is what we have built around us. It helps to know that we build from the inside out. If we carry certain emotions, grudges, and defenses along with what we most love, we can count on the fact that the life we build will mirror those energies to us in a variety of ways.

All forms come and go. When we dismiss a form as non-resonant, and have not resolved the energies that called it into being, that form will show up again and again.

How many times have we told ourselves, “no matter what I do, how I change things, this always happens!” The good news is that this question implies recognition on our part. We see the pattern. That is the first step.

There is an axiom in Tibetan Buddhism, “Recognition is Liberation.” Once we recognize a pattern we are free to do the work to let it shift. Shifting is the second step. This is most often accomplished with gratitude.

Releasing the pattern and all that holds it in place, supports it, feeds it, and enables it, is the third step.

Thank YOU that I am able to see this pattern and release it completely.

One statement does not a shift make. Keep releasing until you feel the freedom of kinesthetic flow that tells you…
