Sapna book house has been entertaining customers for 55 years, By offering a wide range of books. It has over 18+ stores across India. Sapna book house has 10 million+ books to browse from and has several million online customers from its website.

The challenge:

  • Create a user-friendly mobile app for Sapna book house that generates customer retention and meaningful interactions for users.
  • How to reflect a great brand and user experience.

My role:

I led the product design of this project.

Tools:

Pen and Paper, Adobe XD.

Design Process

The first phase of the design process involved user research to understand competitors and user behavior.

After analyzing the data, I focused on creating user flows and wireframes to iterate faster through ideas. I then designed user interfaces that followed design principles while also considering cognitive load for the users.

Planning & Ideation:

After conducting some initial research, I brainstormed to generate ideas and created a user flow to improve navigation.

User Interface & Experience:

After completing the previous phases, I designed low-fidelity wireframes. After refining them, I moved on to creating high-fidelity user interfaces for the mobile app.
