If you work for Erika Lust Films, you don’t have to do any of that. Not only is masturbation allowed, it’s encouraged. In fact, the company opened a special room to give employees masturbation time.

Why would any company, even an adult film company, do this?

“My team and I wanted to encourage open talks and joyful enjoyment of masturbation both for self-care and pleasure — even in the middle of the day, even in the workplace,” indie adult filmmaker Erika Lust told me.
