Taylor Davidson’s story, “29 Years Gone in an Instant: My Husband Had a Suitcase Nuke,” was a devasting story for me to read.

This is how she begins:

“You never know what will happen when you wake up in the morning. You may discover something simple — like your dog made a mess on the carpet — or you may learn that your husband is a terrorist about to unleash a thermonuclear weapon in your living room. I discovered the latter.” — Taylor Davidson

That’s how she metaphorically describes her husband walking out of their marriage after 29 years with almost no signs — on a Sunday at 10 a.m.

Poof! He was gone.

Ghosted, if you’re not a Millenial, is when someone suddenly ceases all communication with another person — strange when it’s your spouse.
