It started sometime after Christmas 2018.

He started drinking a little more.

Just a bit.

One or two hand-crafted old-fashioned-bourbons on a Friday night after work.

A couple more on a Saturday.

Maybe, another one on Sunday.

It was easy relief. An escape.
