Everyday life can sometimes be quite boring. Same things happening over and over, such as — wake up, quick makeup and preparation for work, prepare kids for school, prepare breakfast, take kids to school, go to work, after work obligations, etc. And when everything is done, the only me-time is when you sleep for a few hours.

Of course, someone will say that it is a normal family life. Yes, it is…but why should we live like this if we can make ourselves happier with simple tips and tricks. A happy and relaxed woman can do a lot of good for the whole family. Everything starts from you, only you…

1. Music for body and soul

To make your day perfect, all you need is listening to your favorite music. Is that when you’re in the office (if it’s allowed to that at your workspace), or when you drive your car when you clean around the house (and you’re dancing when you’re cleaning) when you cook… It boosts your positive energy.

When you hear your favorite song, part of the song or guitar solo,getting chills mean that your body produce Dopamine. It’s a neurotransmitter that plays an important role in our cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning — plays a direct role in the reward experience induced by music. It gives pleasure,motivation to your body. So, that’s why if you exercise with music, you can’t feel tired, you can feel stronger and motivated to push more and more. That’s the power of the music.

2. Find your comfort zone and BREATHE!

The most important question for every woman is how to find time for herself between children's care and after-work rest time. The answer is so simple. Conversation with your family about your needs and wishes is the most important.

Children can understand in the way you want them to understand. For your children, you are the boss with enormous love. If you want to choose your time for rest, make it best…find your place where it is comfortable, put on your relaxing music and be quiet for a while. Your complete body and soul will be relaxed. Find the way, as much time as you can have, spend in moments of silence and restart body, mind, and emotions.

3. Reading is dreaming with open eyes:

Imagine drinking coffee in your favorite chair on your balcony or backyard and enjoying a good book. Reading benefits are enormous, such as mental stimulation.

Reading books every day can strengthen the brain and prevent or slow the possibility of Alzheimer’s and Dementia. Reading also can reduce your everyday life stress. Reading is your personal strategy to run away from your stressful routine into another world and keeping you relaxed. When you have your coffee time, read, and relax.

4. Your own spa- body, and mind in perfect balance:

Why should we spend money on body treatments if we can do it by ourselves every time when we feel tired and stiff? Fill a bathtub with hot water, foam, and essential oil ( lavender is great for relaxation) with some soothing music (jazz or bossa nova), candles, and me-time can begin. After this relaxing time, time for some facial treatment — your favorite mask, favorite creme, eye creme, or whatever you are using.

Hair also can be treated; try to massage your scalp, especially during applying shampoo. Research shows that scalp massage can lower blood pressure, reduce levels of stress hormones, and slow heart rate. When you finish all of this and put lotion on your body, use your time before sleep to massage your feet. Your feet need special care, too. You will sleep better, feel happier, and fresh for starting another successful day.

5. Love is all you need:

Usual things and everyday life can “help” us to forget what do we have next to Usual things, and everyday life can sometimes make us forget who do we have next to us, with who we are sharing coffee with on the run, eating because we must, because time is merciless. No. Just stop for a moment. Hit the brakes. Sometimes it’s not necessary to run, even when you’re running — stop, kiss, hug, say “I love you,” and then go on.

These three things in one second can increase your amount of happiness and joy. Cuddle hormone or “feel-good hormone,” oxytocin is produced by the hypothalamus and released by the pituitary gland when we’re physically affectionate, producing what some describe as warm fuzzies — feelings of connection, bonding, and trust. Feeling love or feeling being loved must be cheered up.

Being thankful also can make your relationship or marriage even better with preparing a romantic evening for your loved one. Prepare favorite food for two, favorite drink for two, make the environment romantic and warm, enjoy with funny talk, hugging. Prepare a hot bathtub for two. After that, how about some popcorn and movie time with hugging and cuddling. Please don’t tell me you don’t have time. Even if you don’t have it, find the way; there are no excuses. You and your loved one will be thankful.
