They say that bear markets are the best time to build.

OK, ‘they’ might be Crypto Twitter. But it’s still good advice. So we’ve been hunkered down and building. And now we’re excited to share with you highlights from our latest pushes to production 🚀

New blockchains & tokens

Adding tokens and providing users with more options is our mission. We recently kicked off two new collaborations, with the Concordium and Cudos foundations, enabling us to launch two more tokens on Quidli:

  • CCD, the native token of the Concoridum blockchain
  • CUDOS, the native token of the Cudos blockhain

If you’re a token organization or DAO interested in having your token integrated, please get in touch by filling our open request form.

Emoji-based gives

As the Slack and Discord integrations are users’ preferred tools for sending rewards, we’ve expanded the /give functon to be executable by emoji 🙌

Streamline your sends by defining a token and an amount to an emoji which you can then add as reactions to posts made by your collaborators.

This is ideal for groups with high frequency posting — simply drop your tokens of appreciation in a single click rather than via an entire workflow.

Automated new joiner rewards

Engagement starts with motivation, and there’s no better way to motivate than by welcoming new joiners with some skin in the game from the start.

Another addition to the Slack and Discord apps is automated token drops for new members to your workspace or server.

Slack and Discord admins can deploy and manage new joiner rewards (tokens, amounts, duration, etc.) directly from their accounts accessible via the Quidli web app.

Quidli rewards

Quidli users will be in for a pleasant surprise — we’ve started taking snapshots of user activity and we’ll use this as the basis to determine and drop to you regular token rewards 🎉 While we won’t reveal qualification conditions (for obvious reasons), it should be evident that we want to incentivize usage volume 😉

And that’s all the new alpha we have for you at the moment. Be sure to keep following us for the next batch Quidli updates. Do feel free to contact us any time if you have feedback or workflow suggestions as well!
