About Aptos Blockchain
Aptos is a Layer 1 blockchain designed around the developer experience and running widely-used decentralized web applications as the masses now move towards web3. As a notably recent next generation blockchain, Aptos is more oriented towards safety, scalability, and composability, more like cloud infrastructure than earlier experimental blockchains.
Along with higher throughput and lower latency for faster transaction processing, Aptos offers improvements on consensus, smart contract design, security and decentralization. It also notably uses Move, a programming language initially developed for the Diem blockchain, for smart contract and transaction execution.

About APT
APT is the native token of the Aptos blockchain. It can be used to pay for gas (transaction) and storage fees on the network, as well as to participate in network governance (voting on upgrades and proposals to the protocol and on/off-chain processes).

In our mission to build the social collaboration layer between Web 2.0 apps and web3 assets, we’re pleased to work with the Aptos Foundation on this initial light integration of the Aptos blockchain on Quidli.
