We’re obsessively working to make Quidli’s UX even more rewarding (pun intended). As we know our major use case today is users sharing their native tokens as rewards on Discord, we just shipped the addition of server analytics for group admins to easily review in the web app dashboard.

So if you’re a Discord group admin on Quidli, you can now measure your server community’s productivity via readily available growth metrics and indicators provided directly in-app.

Built for Discord admins & community managers

Community managers are using Quidli today to share tokens as incentives for their Discord members who provide social media marketing support. As a result, they’ve been asking us for better insights on the impact that these rewards have had on server growth.

Accordingly, these updates to the admin dashboard have been specifically designed for a community manager to gain a comprehensive overview of your Discord’s status — track server growth metrics on weekly, monthly and annual bases; and visualize the impacts your token bounties and rewards have on community members, all directly on Quidli. You can then take these insights to make data-driven decisions on how to engage and grow your community more.

For example, iExec was able to spontaneously generate over 50 submissions for a social media meme creation campaign in under two hours by offering RLC tokens to the top 3 selections, all natively in Discord. There’s a reason Quidli is installed in 600+ Discords and Slacks.

How you can leverage the updated dashboard

We share some of the initial considerations we made while building these new analytics into Quidli:

  1. Track community growth: Visualize how your community is growing over time by being able to review # of members at daily, monthly and yearly snapshots
  2. Measure reward effectiveness: Assess the impacts of your token incentives and rewards via indicators such as token senders vs recipients and # of participants as well as which bounties and initiatives are driving the most engagement and contributions.
  3. Gauge community health: Take your community’s pulse by monitoring all the aforementioned metrics in a single glance — you can identify trends and take actions to ensure your server stays vibrant and thrives.
  4. Strategize for Success: Gain insights on how to nurture your community, what areas to allocate your community resources, what behaviors need to be incentivized, etc.

How to get started

If you’re a Discord community admin and are already connected to Quidli, simply sign in to your account via the web app and you’ll be able to access the updated admin dashboards from the main UI.

Our aim is to make the dashboard as intuitive and as user friendly as possible so that community admins can start using and benefiting from it at first glance. And we’re eager to keep iterating on this, so feel free to share any feedback and suggestions you may have!
