Existing users may have noticed some major changes to the web app this past weekend. We’re excited to share this latest set of updates to enable us to move forward with our mission to build seamless micro on-ramp experiences between Web 2.0 apps and web3 assets.

In a nutshell, by making significant improvements to what’s under the hood, you now have even more security and control over your org’s crypto rewards experience than in the previous version.

Greater security

As driving more accessibility to crypto is a big part of our core mission, we focused heavily on establishing stronger authentication and authorization processes for account creation and sign in to better secure user accounts.

To optimize for both security and a seamless user experience, we expanded authentication via social sign-in integrations, to minimize user profiling friction while still maximizing for transactions. Our aim is to continue providing on-ramping flexibility from a variety of apps while ensuring safety and security for all current and future users.

Expanded controls, user management

Digital communities and remote-first online companies can be more ephemeral by nature and so users have been demanding greater control over their Quidli groups and group members. And so we took this occasion of revamping accounts to expand group and user management.

Admin users now gain more control over your groups and group members directly via the expanded web app dashboard — groups previously managed separately on the platforms they were created on (browser, in Slack or in Discord) are now all accessible from the web app where you can edit, add, and revoke members as necessary.

Many of our users are involved in multiple groups and communities on multiple platforms, which previously made it more difficult to manage and keep track of. So both the improved user access and management helps to resolve this while maintaining high security.

New design & features

Notable design and feature updates in this latest version also include:

  • Quicker access to core actions via expanded sidebar
  • Enhanced batch sends, enabled across multiple groups and integrations
  • Open bounty rewards — we’ve updated and reset the tasks and counters so that all users can earn even more crypto from us!
  • Improved leaderboard functionality to toggle across your different groups
  • With more new features coming soon
