’Tis the season to share crypto 🎄

Give thanks to your colleagues (in BTC, ETH, DOGE and more)

’Twas the week of Christmas, when all through your Slack workspace, notifications were humming to keep up with the product scrum pace; exceptional efforts were being put forth by all of your team members; in order for your org to meet all deadlines scheduled for the month of December; your colleagues are plugged in and working hard despite being 100% remote, so you share Bitcoin with them to show appreciation, you cannot help but dote!

Recognize great work

It’s been a long year and so what better time than now to acknowledge your team members who’ve enabled you and your organization to get this far — and while it’s difficult for remote teams to hold the “traditional” holiday office parties, you can still reward your doers who make impacts and keep morale high by sharing real value as thank yous, with less eggnog hangovers ;)

And while recognition can be shared, publicly or privately, at any time of the year, if you haven’t already implemented a work culture of sharing real value, then the holiday season is a great time to get started in doing so. Simply create a Quidli account, build/manage your groups, and send festive tokens of your appreciation directly from your browser and or your Slack workspaces and Discord servers.

Ensure no one is left out due to geography

More and more of us are now working online with colleagues who’re distributed around the world. And so sending those Applebee’s gift cards to all members may not be as convenient when not everyone is based in the US (and maybe not even then…). Consider not locking your teammates into rewards and gifts that don’t actually provide them much value. Instead, why not share Bitcoin or Ethereum, and give them access to a growing and very exciting crypto economy via NFTs, DeFi, general e-commerce and more?

And if the volatility of the crypto markets aren’t appealing to your recipients, send stablecoins like Dai and USDC or let them know they have the option of swapping for credit from hundreds of brands and vendors around the world directly from their Quidli accounts.

Give the gift of crypto

Actually, you don’t need any reason to justify sharing gifts and appreciation with your colleagues — it’s the holiday season, which is a great time to share good tidings and cheer. And if you want to give gifts that are still very much unique and will have your team members buzzing at your virtual water coolers, dole out that Dogecoin for the memes or introduce NEAR for even more excitement in the year to come.

Crypto is still very much in early days and so you can provide convenient on-ramps for your peers and colleagues in the form of micro-incentives via Quidli from the workflows you’re already familiar with (for example, Slack and Discord). And if there’s one overlap between the holiday spirits and the crypto spirit, we’d have to say that it’s the general sentiment of WAGMI!
