Management & leadership is often treated as an innate skill — which results in people making the same easily fixed mistakes again and again. Fortunately many of the skills we apply as UX practitioners to understand our users and customers can also be applied to better understand our organisations. In this talk at UX Camp Brighton Adrian looks at management through a User Experience lens.

While this talk wasn’t recorded Adrian covered some of the same topics in his “How to talk to Earthlings” talk at Lead Developer.

No slide deck was kept after this talk, but a revised version of this talk was given UX in the City: Manchester.
