Do You Expect Change When You Are Stuck?

Individual Vs. Group/Organizations

While group, organizations and communities keep missing the mark but as an individual you care create new ways to create and sustain change

Change is always important, so even when change is not coming naturally you need to find what’s making you stuck?

Relate-Repeat-Reframe Framework For Lasting Change

In “Change or Die” book, Alan Deutschman states that there are three keys to change

Relate

Build relationship with people, communities and beliefs that inspires. There are many sources of new knowledge, new methods and processes that you can learn. Belief that you have ability to change remains the key thing.

Repeat

Learn and practice new skills that you need to acquire. Create new habits to support new methods. Repeat and automate till it comes naturally and becomes automatic

Reframe

With new methods, skills and habits- you are creating new ways of thinking. Repeated experiences from the new way of thinking will drive lasting change

What Will Happen If You Don’t Change

You won’t be able to welcome new opportunities and slowly fear of change will prison you.

You will stop believing in yourself and your self-esteem may go down

Your life will not improve and you will lose direction in life

How To Change?

You can’t see your own blind spots so you need support and tools that can help you change. Once you have necessary vision and support, you need conviction and will power to transform yourself.

Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself
