Qvolta pre-ICO starts today at 12.00 p.m.!

We are happy to inform all our followers and the whole cryptocommunity that today we are starting our pre-ICO! We went for a long time to this: developed a strategy, made plans, created a MVP, solved legal issues, shared interesting information with subscribers and looked for partners. Today at 12:00 p.m. New-York time pre-ICO starts. At pre-ICO, we plan to sell 10% of all QVT tokens — 17,500,000 QVT. People can participate in our pre-ICO with the conditions that 1 ETH = 1,000 QVT.
