“Chain Breaker” — Auctioning the Lost Legendary
On April 1st at 12:00 PM GMT the auction of the last legendary item will be kicked off. This unique weapon will only exist as a single exemplar. It has appeared previously but the weapon was lost before it could be auctioned.
In November 2018, eight legendary weapons were auctioned off (3x tank, 3x heal, 2x dd). The “Chain Breaker” is the third damage dealer weapon and the last Legendary item that will be sold in the official crowdsale.
“In times long forgotten there existed ancient beings of unfathomable power and knowledge. These beings disappeared one day without a trace, but it is said that within this legendary hammer their souls still reside.”
The hammer was designed after the Chainbreakers logo. Only units that have reached level 30 will be able to wield this precious mace.
Why the Chain Breaker is auctioned now
Chainbreakers’ Community has grown a lot since the first Legendary auction. We want to give all new users the opportunity to get their hands on something very special and expect the weapon selling for much more than the initial Legendary items. The official Discord has grown to over 1200 members.
We also think that the result of this auction could define a more realistic market bottom for Legendary items considering our growing community.
Dutch Auction Style
Similar to the previous Legendary auctions we are going to utilize the dutch auction smart contract provided by OpenSea. The price will slowly drop from 100.000 MANA down to 20.000 MANA over 24 hours. Whose transaction enters the contract first, receives the ownership of this very special NFT.
