For a step-by-step breakdown, here’s how to use GCash for your property payments:
Open the GCash app. and tap on ‘Show More’ in the bottom of the home page
Go to the ‘Bill Payments’ section and tap on ‘Real Estate’
Select your property developer
Fill out the necessary information and pay!
You will automatically receive an email receipt containing the details of your payment.
Please note that you should already have a sufficient amount on your GCash wallet before making a transaction.
