Lost in Space(Season 2)

I was so excited when I knew that Lost in Space has a season 2! It was so good that I finished the whole season in just 2 weeks!

Spoilers Alert!

Setting

The setting is in the planets of “Danger” (season 1 mentioned it) and at the end of the season, they ended up in a place with a lost spaceship 20 years ago.

Plot

The whole season is about trying to leave “Danger”, but on the way, they found The Resolute and found out that it was powered by an alien engine, and an evil robot army is threatening them to give them back the engine.

There are a lot of things in this season that surprised me:

The Resolute was destroyed
Dr. Smith died
There are loads of alien robots
Judy’s father isn’t John
The Robinsons turned a Jupiter into a sailboat
…

Characters

Will Robinson

Well we all know that this special boy can communicate with the robot and have some sort of connection to it, he also tried to convince other robots to not destroy their ship, but clearly it wasn’t very helpful. Still, most of the time he was really helpful with all the crew members of the ship, although Hastings(A new character)tried to make Will control the robot to do something bad, and that made Will quite vulnerable…I guess.

Penny Robinson

Well, she is very funny and loves Oreos — even though they’ve been in the trash. She keeps saying that she doesn't have a talent, but I think her talent is to ease the intense feeling in the family!

John Robinson

He was in the navy and had really good strength so when people have problems they always call him, and it always got the Robinsons into grave danger, one time he almost died! I absolutely don’t understand why he always takes so much risk? Does he want to be heroic or something? Or does he just want to help?

Dr. Smith

She isn’t even a doctor, her name isn’t even Smith. She just loves herself so much, she hurt people to save herself when in danger. She is just a ruthless woman, so when she sacrifices herself to save the children on the ship, I was so shocked! I think she is an insane woman who needs a therapist, but she says that she is a therapist herself! I am totally confused.

Judy Robinson

She is a doctor and very helpful to people who are injured. She was adopted by John and Maureen Robinson, her real dad — Grand Kelly was on a spaceship that disappeared 20 years ago. Judy is brave and always wanted to help. I think she has a great influence on people.

Don West

He is a smuggler so, we can’t say he is a good guy. But certainly, he fixed a lot of machines and saved many people's lives. I think he is a great man(except for the smuggling part)

Maureen Robinson

Well, she is a scientist and always uses math and science to help the Resolute which was amazing and works all the time.

Robot

He is a friend to Will and also all of us, he is the well-known character of Lost in Space. He helps the Robinsons with problems they can’t solve, he is actually a part of the family!
