Quartier 54 (groupe 2)
Considering the first charging installation group was such a success, the board at Quartier 54 initiated a second round of installations.
Organizing the second wave of chargers was simple as the charging solution (Electric Vehicle Energy Management System) and the installation approach (Individual Approach) was already determined by the Charging Strategy and Charging Policy established for the first installations.
In the spring of 2020 when the tenants learned that a second group was being organized 12 units came forward.
Installation
In June the board contacted the same electrical contractor from the first round of installations to obtain a quote for these new 12 tenants. Once approved, the installation work began and resulted in 12 FLO G5 chargers and 12 DCC-9–40A being installed over July and August 2020. All installations were completed in a safe and socially distanced way.
