Tap into those unique superpowers with this card deck. Check out all my insights!

đŸ€” What’s in the deck?

Let’s explore what’s physically included when you buy this deck.

→ Total of 21 superpower cards. On the front is the superpower and the back it showcases why a team might need you with this superpower.

→ One instruction card with the 6 steps to find your superpower.

💡What I think.

My overall thoughts about the quality, content, themes, and more.

→ Killing me with all these flimsy boxes! I get it for the cost savings might not make sense, but I’m still looking for some high quality ones to buy for all my decks 👀

→ Love the feel of these cards, the soft matte feel is so amazing.

→ I like the simplicity of the illustrations on the front of these cards as well as the vibrant colors!

→ I really like the information on the back of each card, instead of just describing the super power it goes deeper into why a team might need someone with this superpower.

→ If you want to know even more about the superpower the deck also directs you to a website to find out more! The website takes it a step further with a description, info for if this is your superpower, and also some insight into if you’re working with someone with this superpower.

→ You can also puchase the Sypartners “What is Your Superpower?” App. A great little purchase for only $2.99 USD on the App store on Apple. Its got clear instructions and some activities to find your own superpower.

→ The superpowers listed are unique and not all the boring usual ones we think of in the professional world. They did a nice job making these stand out.

Physical Deck and App are available

😍 My fav cards.

There is so much to love here! Here’s a peek, you’ll have to get the deck to find out more.

‘Problem Solving’ — Well of course one of my favs is the “Problem Solving” superpower. All about seeing that unseen path, which is what makes this superpower so special.

‘Recalibration’ — Another one I adore, that I hadn’t seen before — one I actually aspire to have more of, this sense of calm and getting people back on track.

‘Creative Thinking’ — This is one I gravitate towards! Creative Thinkers find inspiration in unexpected places and make connections others may not see yet.

đŸ‘©â€đŸ’» How do I use this as a facilitator?

This deck is so fun to use in workshops!

→ Translate the process on the instruction cards into a workshop activity — either in person or even online.

→ This could be a longer activity for team building, it could be a 1:1 activity for mentoring, or it could even be shortened for a quick ice melter activity.

I can’t wait to use this deck even more in my future workshops!
