First days are easy
What happens after the first
day after failure?

It’s your choice- you have
the option to start again
the very next day

I’m one of those people who want perfection. When I set resolutions, I expect a daily tally. However, I know eventually, I’m going to make a mistake. Either that or I’m purposely going to choose to not complete my resolution or project piece. Maybe you’re the same way?

The forgiving part for me is easy, but the thought of “I screwed up… I can’t get back on track now… might as well wait for next year” is nagging and can be overpowering. This is my reminder that it’s possible even after failure, to get back on track the next day.If it’s important enough, I’ll make it a priority to get up again as soon as possible.

If anyone needs to hear this over the next few weeks, consider this your reminder.
