IVAR — The Mystical Beast
Till a couple of days ago, I wasn’t even aware of such a monster existing out in the public.
But I promise you, it’s big. And it’s scary.
Here it is.
Wait no, that’s Ivar the Boneless, the viking from whom IVAR got it’s name from.
THERE IT IS.
IVAR, the IKEA chair. In fact, IVAR is not only a chair, IVAR is an entire system of IKEA furniture that are highly customizable, and personalizable. They’re durable, they’re sturdy, and best of all, they’re bland.
This might seem to go against IKEA’s brand, of furniture that is simplistic and stylish; there’s no way this wooden chair is stylish right?
Well, not until you paint it to be however you want it to be!
Or, completely wing it’s au naturale wooden look, and fill your room with more of its kind.
How about the gigantic IVAR shelving unit?
Or the seemingly harmless IVAR cabinet. Harmless, till you stub your small toe against it and it wins the fight for a century.
Or the IVAR… wait I don’t actually know what this is, but you see the point? IVAR is so innocent looking, till you unleash it’s true potential, and mould it to be ANYTHING you want it to be.
