Greetings from Lee County, home of the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins spring training sites. I’ll be covering the Sea Dogs and the Red Sox system this week, starting Monday with Portland’s exhibition tilt against Chattanooga at the Twins complex.

Below is a great picture from the Sea Dogs Facebook Page. Over the weekend, blacksand was applied to the field, helping the melting process.
