BACK AT IT ON THURSDAY: The Portland Sea Dogs and Binghamton Rumble Ponies (Mets affiliate) wrap up a three-game series on Thursday night at NYSEG Stadium…Last night’s game was postponed due to inclement weather and will be made up as part of a doubleheader on June 3rd…The ‘Dogs are 2–3 on their 6-game roadtrip — dropping 2 of 3 games at Trenton from April 13–15…LHP Jalen Beeks (1–1, 5.19) makes his third start of the season for Portland.

‘DOGS GET EVEN: Portland scored two runs in the 10th inning to get even in the series, 2–0 on Tuesday night…Jordan Procyshen knocked in the game-winning run with an infield-RBI single…The second run scored on a wild pitch…Jamie Callahan worked the final two innings to earn his second win of the season…Portland starter Teddy Stankiewicz (ND) earned his third straight quality start, working six innings on 3 hits, one walk and 5 strikeouts.

WHAT A RUN: Aneury Tavarez scored the winning run on Tuesday night (pinch-runner in the 10th) and has reached base safely in 22 straight games dating back to August 23, 2016…The streak is currently the second longest in minor league baseball behind Iowa’s Taylor Davis (30 straight)…Since June 1st of 2016: .370 (113-for-305), 8 HR, 40 RBI, 14 2B, 11 3B, 13 SB.

ADJUSTING NICELY: Rafael Devers went 2-for-3 with a walk on Tuesday and is hitting .375 (15-for-40) in 10 games to start his Double-A career…Danny Mars picked up a double last night and ranks 4th in the league in hitting (.423).

DON’T FORGET ABOUT ME: Austin Maddox pitched two scoreless in game two of the series, recording three strikeouts…Maddox returned to Portland after appearing in two games with Triple-A Pawtucket…Portland’s relievers have gone 2–0, 2.29 ERA during the roadtrip…Callahan has earned two wins, loss and a save in his four Double-A appearances.

AGAINST THE OPPONENT: Portland and Binghamton meet 20 times this season, totaling six series (3 in Portland, 3 in Binghamton)…Last year, Binghamton took 11 of 21 meetings from Portland, including 7 of 12 at Hadlock Field…The Rumble Ponies have won four of the last five season series.
