Ryan Lavarnway continues his Major League Rehab Assignment with Portland, as the ‘Dogs take on the Binghamton Mets in the middle game of a three-game set on Tuesday night at Hadlock Field…With last night’s win, the ‘Dogs are now 4.5 games over the B-Mets for the top spot in the Eastern League’s Eastern Division.

RHP Luis Diaz tied a career-high with nine strikeouts against the B-Mets at NYSEG Stadium on July 10th, but took the loss, allowing just four runs (three earned) over 5.2 innings pitched.
