How Comics Helped my ADD

I started making comics on my own as a kid — it was a process that ‘clicked’ with the way my brain works. As I got older I started to realize why — it gave my ADD brain lots of different ‘parts’ to focus on, while subconsciously teaching me organizational and planning skills.
