Templates are an essential part of any work toolkit these days.

When it comes to dealingwith the speed and turnaround expectations, “here is one I prepared earlier” is the sweetest of phrases.

Creating a templated system in Raisely helps you take the time suck out of set up and enables you to go live within minutes not days.

More time to focus on deepening relationships

Greater efficiencies in the time it will take to set up your page will free up your time to focus on the donor/supporter experience.

Now that you have the power to send conditional automated emails and SMS via Raisely, you can take the time to map your on-boarding and supporter journeys via welcome messages, event notifications, messages of encouragement, fundraising tips and supporter milestones.

Easy and Fast

When you duplicate campaigns in Raisely, you make working across teams easier, are able to mobilise campaigns faster, giving you the option to leverage rapid response moments, crowdfunders and emergency appeals.

If you have flagship fundraising events or appeals that happen annually how much better would it be to not have to start from scratch each time?

Another benefit of this feature is you can duplicate a development version of your campaign for testing ideas and customisation.

How it works

Duplicating a campaign will create a new fundraising website with your theme, custom fields, content and pages, reports and media library all ready to go.

How to duplicate your campaign

Firstly, go to the “Campaigns” in the top navigation of your Raisely admin panel.

Then, find the campaign you want to duplicate and look in the top-right of the image for three little dots (see below).

Hover over those dots then click the Duplicate button. Follow the prompts to set up your new campaign. 🙌

What is copied across?

When you duplicate your campaign we will copy across:

  • Your theme with any modifications
  • Custom fields
  • Colours, images and homepage content
  • Language changes
  • Menus
  • Custom reports
  • Social media and share settings

We don’t automatically copy across (but we can on request)

  • Any profiles or donations
  • Existing campaign totals
  • Pages
  • Emails

Go to Raisely and start building your beautiful free fundraising website today.

*turns out the internet has no agreement on how fast the average mouse-click is, lets just agree it’s pretty fast, like 0.0000000000000000000009s fast (maybe).
