A haiku

I can't sleep at night,

I can't sleep during the day,

An insomniac.

I'm currently experiencing the struggles that follow a sleepless night. I'm fatigued, jittery, and dizzy. I can't concentrate or think straight. I'm running on "empty". How can a person function after countless nights without sleep?

My thoughts go out to anyone who suffers from insomnia ❤ (I just have terrible self-control).

This publication welcomes all ramblers and is interested in life, nature, animals, health, love, grief, psychology, and more! Preference is given to raps, poems, and short stories, although all kinds of rambles are welcome. I look forward to reading yours!
