BACC Builders managed and executed the completion of hotel rooms, the lobby and other common areas for the hotel and residential turnover in early 2000′s, a $400 million dollar project.

RKTB Architects handled the building’s gut renovations, transforming the space from office to residential condos.
3. Livingston, NJ — The Crystal Plaza
Toderic Interiors renovated the entire structure including moldings, painting, cabinetry and marble in the bathrooms.
4. New York City — Alliance of Resident Theaters of New York
GKV Architects restored the building and completed limestone repairs, brick restoration, new moisture protection work, replacing original windows and rebuilding the parapet.
5. New York City — The Cherokee Building
GRANT Engineering is doing work today to bring the building up to current environmental standards.
