SStanding on the edge of the terrace, with the soft autumn breeze of London caressing her face, she had never felt this free. She embraced the wind like her own child with a soft sad smile spreading on her lips. “One last time,” she whispered to the wind and let the tears fall down in full force.

In one of the offices of the same building, stood Siddharth bewildered with what he was seeing in front of him. Sure, he would later tell his colleagues with his all-knowing smirk that he expected it or maybe even that it came months late. But right now, in that large boardroom full of directors, seniors, colleagues, he was speechless. He had finally achieved what half of the people in his office wouldn’t have even dreamed of becoming at his age.

He had just been made a partner in his company and now, it was time to celebrate.
