The story begins with Rooh:

TThey realized how falling together was more beautiful and learning to fly together could make things easier. Communicating over the phone, texting almost every detail of their lives to each other, they built up conversations that led to serious political discussions, sometimes about societal dogmas too. They knew they loved each other’s company but something thwarted them to call themselves lovers — differences, hesitation, failed friendships and love relationships. Both of them had their own reasons to resist.

When moments became days and days became months, she finally blurted out, “This is crazy messaging. Don’t you think? What do you want from me, man?” He had stopped walking and she saw she had left him two blocks away on the pavement. He was staring at her and she was looking at him, half lovingly, half yearning for a romantic love proposal on a breezy spring evening. Stammering, he said, “You…you know… what I want, right? You know, right?” She knew they wanted to fly together. He knew too, that she knew.
