in a Random Tiny Tale titled Whisper Me Your Name

The story begins with The Promotion:

HHis eyes, blue as deep as the sea, were focused on her.

“What are you doing here?” she asked again.

“You are at MY party, darling.” He moved toward her closing in on her.

“It’s been too long, Sara,” he said in a pained voice, “Too long without you in my life. I’ve missed you.”

He leaned down, his forehead almost touching hers. Her heart started beating faster. His gaze bored into hers, looking all the way into her soul.

“It still haunts you,” he whispered and her body went cold. “I don’t know what you are talking about,” she denied the truth.

“The past,” he explained, distressed.

“I can see it in your eyes.”

“It was an accident, angel,” using his nickname for her, he rubbed her arms, trying to take away the chills in her body.

Enveloped in the safety of his body, giving up all pretenses, “No,” she let out a deep breath, “You know it wasn’t. I killed her.”
