We are firm believers that the design community is made stronger by the free sharing of information and dialogue, so we decided it’s time for us to do our part!

Who are we?

We are the Design team at Randstad, the world’s largest employment agency, and we are on a journey to touch the working lives of 500 million people around the world.

To achieve this, we are active in countries all around the globe and combine expertize from across the whole design spectrum: Design Strategy, Customer Experience, Service Design, User Experience, Design Research, Visual Design, Design systems… if it has Design on it, we probably do it!

What can you expect from this space?

The name says it all: Design Stories!

Our aim is to spark interesting conversations with the design community about methods, insights, experiences, best practices, what rocks (and what sucks!) about designing in a corporate environment, latest trends, and a long list of etceteras. If it’s related to Design, we want to talk about it and highlight what we’ve learned along the way so others can learn from our experience as well.
