Rocket Protocol Upgrades to Rangers Protocol While Reaching $63M Evaluation in Private Round

Rocket Protocol has announced an upgrade to Rangers Protocol while completing a full set of brand renovations, including official website upgrades and logotype and VI design updates. At the same time, Rangers Protocol announced that it had completed a private equity round of financing with a valuation of $63 million.

Brand-New Rangers Protocol

Rocket Protocol has recently been upgraded to Rangers Protocol and completed an extensive brand upgrade. Rangers Protocol serves all entrepreneurs exploring the blockchain world, allowing pioneers to create more awesome content and applications in the Rangers Protocol ecosystem without being held back by permissions. The brand upgrade has its strategic importance. In addition to optimizing and upgrading all basic configurations such as the official website, logo, and VI design, more importantly, it has refined the essence of the platform.

In the Eastern culture, rangers embody the artistic conception that an experienced one could turn anything into joy. This very much coincides with Rangers Protocol’s experience and vision for the industry. Rangers Protocol was born from the needs of users and established its values in the iterative process. Ever since day one, Rangers Protocol has expected the blockchain industry to be an innovative, open, and future-oriented ecology, where all people could participate and carry out applications and content based on their vivid imagination.

No Limitations When Driven by Technology

Blockchain technology has no borders and no geographical restrictions. In the meantime, Rangers Protocol is more inclusive, providing developers from all over the world with a deeper, more professional, and far-sighted blockchain infrastructure.

The first versions of Rangers Protocol, Rocket Protocol, were built based on the founding team’s estimation that the NFT market will explode soon. They believed the dependence of complex decentralized applications on the underlying facilities was about to grow stronger. Such judgment gave Rocket Protocol a sufficient time window to understand developers’ real needs and accumulate professional technology. — Meaning neither competing with other projects nor pouring water into the technical theory. Over the last three years, Rocket Protocol has focused on helping the MixMarvel ecosystem improve the efficiency of projects such as Hyper Dragons, launched in 2018, and HyperSnakes, which it helped release on multiple chains.

Now, Rangers Protocol is out with a brand-new technical system:

  • REVM, compatible with Ethereum and establishing a standard library and toolset
  • VRF+BLS consensus mechanism for solving high-frequency trading problems
  • Relay Chain technology, compatible with Heterogeneous cross-chain technology
  • NFT protocol, compatible with various standard protocols

Today, Rangers Protocol has broken through the ecosystem boundaries. It serves all entrepreneurs worldwide who desire to explore the blockchain world. MixMarvel, the Rangers Protocol’s incubator, believes that NFT will eventually develop in the direction of large-scale human collaboration. Rangers Protocol uses this as a driving force to continuously optimize and upgrade its technology, allowing pioneer developers to try out more diverse content and applications within the Rangers Protocol ecosystem without permission.

Facing the Future

The brand upgrade also covers the new VI design, including the new logotype. Rangers Protocol’s new VI system focuses on using blue as a mysterious technology element, reflecting the sense of blockchain technology and Rangers Protocol’s profound, professional, and visionary industry vision. The other color included in the upgrade is a warm yellow as an element to reflect the open and inclusive humanistic care of Rangers Protocol.

Rangers Protocol will soon establish community organizations, including the Ecosystem Governance Foundation, Developer Community, and Pioneer Investment Alliance, to create a fair and open environment for pioneer developers, find partners to share the vision with, and use the Rangers Protocol ecosystem to bring imagination to life.

Rangers Protocol Evaluation Reaches $63 Million

At the same time, Rangers Protocol completed its seed and private rounds with a final evaluation of $63 million. Investors include Pantera, Framework Ventures, Huobi Ventures Blockchain Fund, Alameda Research, Hashkey Capital, SevenX Ventures, SNZ, Spark Digital Capital, Incuba Alpha Holdings, Consensus Lab, Puzzle Ventures, Kernel Ventures, Morningstar Ventures, Origin Capital, Yuanyuzhou Ventures, AU21Capital, and the co-founder of Ele.me — one of the biggest O2O catering and food delivery platforms. In addition, Polkastarter, as a strategic partner, has also conducted in-depth cooperation with Rangers Protocol.

The Rangers Protocol’s global community is currently booming. The testnet is expected to launch at the end of this quarter, starting node recruitment simultaneously.
