Tutorial: Running a Nulink Worker using RapidNode

RapidNode is thrilled to announce support for running a NuLink Worker Node with just a single click!

NuLink is a privacy-preserving technology for decentralized applications. It combines top security solutions to provide enterprise-level security with data privacy. NuLink’s platform offers endpoint encryption, cryptographic access control, and secure sharing of sensitive user data across platforms like cloud and decentralized storage. Access is granted automatically via Proxy Re-Encryption or Attribute-Based Encryption. Data source verification is enabled through Zero-Knowledge Proof.

For advanced privacy use cases, NuLink utilizes Fully Homomorphic Encryption for customized data computation services while maintaining data confidentiality.

The project secured $11.3 million in funding led by DWF Labs, Poolz, and ViaBTC, with participation from several other investors.

So lets get right into How can you become a part of the NuLink network:

Step 1 — Prepare with Rapid Nodes by Creating an Account:

Visit the Rapid Nodes platform here and sign up to create a new account.

Make sure to add sufficient credits to purchase a node.

Step 2 — Purchasing NuLink node

  1. Head to your Rapid Nodes dashboard.
  2. Select “NuLink” and choose your desired rental duration.
  3. Confirm your purchase
  4. Monitor the “Active Nodes” section to verify deployment

Step 3: Grab Your Keys and Claim Tokens

Once you are done purchasing the NuLink node it will show up in the active and running on RapidNode, you’ll need to retrieve some key information:

➤Worker Address: Use this address to claim tokens from the NuLink faucet.

➤Private Key: This phrase will be used to import your account into any NuLink compatible wallet.

➤Switch Network: Once the wallet is connected then switch the networks to BSC Testnet.

➤ In case you do not get the Switch Network option, follow these steps:

  1. Visit chainlist.org
  2. Check on Include testnets.
  3. Search BSC

Step 4: Send 0.1 BNB to your Worker Address

You would need some Test BNB to cover your tasks and gas usage.

You can claim some Test BNB from our Discord Faucet to make things easier.

Step 5: Claim NLK

Please navigate back to the NuLink Dashboard and proceed to claim 10 NLK tokens.

Step 6: Stake NLK

Stake 1 NLK, try the same multiple times of times if its unsuccessful.

Step 7: Bond your Worker

  • Access the “Active Nodes” section on the RapidNode dashboard.
  • Locate and copy your “Operator Address.”
  • Click on the “Bond Worker” option.
  • Paste the copied “Operator Address” into the designated field.

Step 8: Worker is online

The update of your worker’s status from OFFLINE to ONLINE may require up to 48 hours to complete.

Please note that this timeframe is an estimate provided by NuLink, and the actual duration could vary.

And that’s it your node is up and running on RapidNode!
