Each day thousands of Rapido Captains provide faster and efficient commute to so many of you. More often than not, it goes beyond just driving from one place to the other but actually makes lives easier in many many ways.
The Captain ensured you reach in time for your train even in the rains, waited for you while you finished your call before hopping on the bike, or figured out shortcut routes to make sure you are not late for that business meeting — there are innumerable instances where you feel just a ‘thank you’ or a 5-star rating isn’t enough.
To show such appreciation and regard for the Captain’s remarkable service and behaviour, Rapido now lets the customers add ‘tip’ for the Captains. This is an optional feature which is displayed at the end of the trip, where the customer can add a tip of the desired amount, which shall be deducted from their chosen mode of payment. Rapido makes sure the entire tip amount goes directly to the Captain.
Bringing in that touch of exceptional service for us all and making every ride a delightful experience, they do deserve to be rewarded.
