OK: not *quite* San Diego County…….it was the OC, but hey…….
Location: Shaw’s Cove, Laguna

Max Depth: 37 ft.
Min. Temp: 55 F.
Mix: 21%
Surf: 1–3 ft, long period between sets
Surge: considerable: 1–3 ft back and forth through most of the dive, making (still) photography rather difficult…….also, made me glad I was taking video.
Viz: poor: ave. 5 ft
Critters: despite relatively poor conditions down below (and zero sea stars), we actually saw quite a bit of marine life, all things considered, including 2 juvie moray eels and numerous Blacksmith and Sheephead, both male and female as well as the ubiquitous Geribaldis.
