Promising Arshdeep Singh joins Rario’s ever-expanding star-studded squad

Bowling death overs, especially the final over, in T20 cricket is one of the toughest jobs for any bowler in the world. Even some of the greats fail to be successful in delivering at the death. But the 23-year-old Arshdeep Singh comes from a different world! He does it with ease most often than not!

He nails yorkers, bowls a near-perfect odd bouncer and has a variety of slower balls under his belt! When he started out at the under-19 level, he was looked at as someone who swings the ball and gets the purchase with the new ball. While he continues to swing it both ways at the top, Arshdeep has grown into a complete package.

The Punjab-born cricketer, after impressing everyone with his splendid skills with the ball, made his international debut earlier this year. The left-arm pacer has already picked up 14 wickets in 11 matches at an economy of 7.38. Although he is yet to unleash himself fully at the national level, India already seems to have locked him as their death-bowling specialist in T20Is.

Arshdeep bowled two sensational final overs for India in the Asia Cup recently. Defending mere seven runs off the last over, Arshdeep almost pulled it off in India’s favour despite a lot of pressure on both occasions. He showed calmness and the ability to nail the right lengths just when it was required the most.

It made India trust the youngster for the much-important upcoming T20 World Championship. The pacer has been picked in the 15-member squad and would play a vital role in India’s World Championship journey Down Under.

Now, in what is an exciting piece of news, Arshdeep has joined Rario’s ever-expanding star-studded squad. It means you can now access exclusive player cards featuring the youngster, who is expected to serve India for a long time.
