Since its inception, Rario has focused on creating innovative opportunities for cricket lovers and providing sound economic design to the blockchain world.
Over the last 18 months, Rario has forged iconic partnerships, such as Cricket Australia and Dream Sports. And as we embark on this journey to revamp cricket fandom, we face the challenge of building a secure and scalable platform catering to millions of users. For instance, the Dream Sports ecosystem has over 140 million cricket fans. This positions Rario to become the world’s largest digital cards-based gaming platform. And to reach this milestone, we need to address the technical challenges of low-throughput blockchain technology.
We are happy to announce that Rario is moving to a dedicated private chain from July 15th. Now we are sure you must have several questions. So, let us help you understand this better.
What are Private Chains?
Private chains are permissioned blockchains, primarily managed by a single organization, to process transactions faster at a super high speed. The nodes are determined by a central authority that helps process the transactions. As a result, instead of handling a few transactions per second, private chains can handle thousands of transactions per second.

In future, a thorough security audit and certification will be the deciding factor for opening up cross-chain bridges from Rario Chain to public chains, such as Ethereum and Polygon.
