T20 WC: Australia Overview- Preview, Squad, Probable Playing XI, Players to lock for D3.club

Australia will enter the upcoming T20 World Championship as hot favourites. Not only because the event is happening at their home but more so, because of how good a squad they have. And not to forget, they are the defending champions as well.

Last year, Australia entered the event as underdogs since the Championship was taking place in Dubai– where the pitches are the complete opposite of Australia– but they just didn’t look back. The Aaron Finch-led side was exceptional in all three departments as they lifted the title by beating New Zealand in the finals.

The side will have a chance to become the first team to win two back-to-back T20 World Championships in the upcoming event. But to do that, they must ensure there are no mix-ups! In this blog, we will take you through the Australia squad, probable playing XI, key players for D3.club and schedule.

Players to lock for D3.club

As you know there are lakhs to take home during every match hosted on D3.club– a one-of-its-kind cricket strategy game– having the right player cards always helps.

So, to win when Australia plays, you must own cards of the following players:

Pat Cummins, one of the best bowlers in the world across platforms, is a wicket-taker. He strikes at various stages of the game and can be a very dangerous customer with the bat as well. He swings it hard down the order and accumulates those quick cameos. You can get his player card in different tiers from HERE!

Hard-hitting powerhouse Glenn Maxwell is also someone whose player cards are going to be important if you want to do well in this World Championship. Once he gets going, it is really tough to stop him. He can take away any game on his own. He can also deliver a few overs of handy off-spin, so hurry up and get his cards HERE!

Almost every player in the Australian squad can turn the tables but you should keep a close eye on Matthew Wade, Tim David, Mitchell Starc, David Warner and Marcus Stoinis. All these are champion players who have proved their worth at the highest level over and over again!
