Pitch Report (Central Broward Regional Park Stadium)

  • The surface in the only international cricket stadium in Florida is usually good for batting in the begining but as the game progresses, it becomes slow. Teams would want to bat first and make the most of the new ball here. Spinners and bowlers with variations would enjoy bowling on this ground, especially in the second innings.

Dependable Trio for D3

  • Yusuf Pathan (OG — Batter 4) (India): Tilak has been absolutely phenomenal for India at number 4. The youngster struck unbeaten 49 in the last match after scoring a fifty in the second T20I. He looks solid and plays his shots all around the park. The southpaw would want to continue his form in the fourth T20I and is easily a safe pick.
  • Rovman Powell (West Indies) (Captain): The Windies skipper struck 19-ball 40 in the last match. He is a powerful striker of the cricket ball and if he gets going, it is tough to stop him. If West Indies batted first, Powell could be set to score a big knock. He would be our captain pick for this match.
  • Alzarri Joseph (West Indies): Alzarri has pace and when he hits the right lengths, it becomes really tough to take him on. He bowled brilliantly in the last match and picked up a couple of wickets and gave away only 25 runs in his 4 overs. The wicket at Florida might have some bounce on offer and Alzarri could exploit it well.
