Notes from #Frontline (meaningful #leadership)

1) Situational #Awareness & #Selflessness along with

2) #Decisiveness and Discipline

are two set of #virtues for any emergency #rescue mission.

People in #corporate #life and leadership may find it difficult to believe –

a) No single subject is discussed more than once;

b) No meeting is more than 20 minutes;

c) Each and Every meeting ends with clear #decisions.

Anyone and Everyone contributes but there is absolute #discipline and mutual #respect (equal). Each and every one involved knows the drill and agrees to a #roadmap and backup plans. Everyone is perfectly prepared with minutest of detail. There is no need for motivational speech. No need to explain the #purpose.

#Leader is a doer.

#Doer is a Leader.

Each one is specialist but can also be backup for others both as a doer and as a leader.

… and once #mission is over, there is no #time or energy for self-introspection or judging anyone or anything … commoners like myself, just take a small walk with overheated coffee (still tastes delicious and provides warmth) and hope it rains — just a little, just a tiny drizzle with soft gentle breeze …
